Not another AI talk. A build day.
100x Product Builder is designed for people who want to understand the full path: clarify the product, build the first version, publish it and check that it works.
Shape the product
Define the problem, target user, value proposition and the first version worth building.
Build with AI
Use AI code assistants to create, review and improve a web application without losing control.
Ship and test
Version the code, deploy the product and add practical tests for the most important flows.
The day is split into two clear parts.
The morning focuses on product thinking. The afternoon turns the product into something real.
Morning · Product Strategy
You will learn how to turn an idea into a focused product concept before writing code.
- Problem and audience definition
- Value proposition
- User journey and core flows
- MxP scope and prioritisation
- Using AI to support product decisions
Afternoon · Build, Deploy and Test
You will learn how to use AI assistants as part of a practical engineering workflow.
- Working with AI code assistants
- Creating the web application
- Version control with Git and GitHub
- Deploying the product
- Testing the main user flows
What you will take away
The goal is not to memorise tools. The goal is to learn a repeatable way to build better with AI.
A reusable product-building workflow
A simple sequence you can apply again: define, design, build, version, deploy and test.
Practical AI collaboration patterns
How to ask, refine, challenge and review AI outputs while keeping ownership of the product.
A realistic view of AI-assisted coding
Where AI helps, where it fails, and how to work around common mistakes during development.
Confidence to ship a first version
You will see the full path from idea to deployed web product, including testing the key flows.
The tools we will use
A practical stack for turning product ideas into deployed, testable web applications.
Git
Git keeps a clear history of product changes, so the team can experiment, compare versions, and recover when an idea needs to be rolled back.
GitHub
GitHub is where the product code lives online. It helps people collaborate, review work, and connect the project to deployment tools.
Homebrew
Homebrew makes it easier to install the tools needed for the workshop on a Mac, so setup feels more like a checklist and less like a hunt.
Node.js
Node.js lets the product run JavaScript outside the browser. In this workshop, it supports building and running the web app locally.
Vercel
Vercel publishes the product to the web quickly, so the team can share a real link, collect feedback, and see progress outside the laptop.
Claude Desktop
Claude Desktop is the AI collaborator used to shape ideas, draft product decisions, and support the build while the human keeps direction.
Jira
Jira helps turn product work into visible tasks, priorities, and progress, so everyone can see what is planned, in motion, and done.
MongoDB
MongoDB stores the product data, such as users, content, or saved actions, so the app can remember useful information between visits.
Playwright
Playwright checks important user journeys in the browser, helping the team confirm that the product still works after changes.
Who this is for
This workshop is for people who want a practical, modern workflow for building digital products with AI.
Led by product and software engineering practitioners
Two instructors, two complementary perspectives: product management and building software with quality.
David Pereira
Product Management instructor, coach and advisor with 19+ years in digital products, from Software Engineer to CEO, focused on helping teams simplify product work and create value.
Julio de Lima
Software engineering and testing specialist working with software engineering since 2006, focused on building software with quality through testing, automation and modern engineering practices.

Common questions
Do I need to be a developer?
Basic technical knowledge helps, but the workshop is designed to show the whole workflow in a guided way. You do not need to be an expert developer.
Will I build my own product during the workshop?
The instructors will build a product live and explain the process step by step. You can follow along, ask questions and reuse the workflow for your own ideas afterwards.
Which AI tools will be used?
Claude Desktop will be the main AI tool used during the workshop. If you already feel comfortable with another AI assistant, you can use it as long as you can follow the same workflow.
What accounts and tools do I need?
You should have at least a Claude Pro account. We will also use Git, GitHub, Vercel, Claude Desktop, Jira, MongoDB, Homebrew, Node.js and Playwright during the workshop. Follow the step-by-step setup guide linked below before workshop day to get everything installed and verified.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The workshop will be recorded, and the recording will be sold separately.
